The mode of subministration of spray drugs has been considerably increasing all over the world, thanks to simpleness, hygiene and safety of its application. These performances are the outcome of R&D, that placed ergonomic primary containers made of high quality materials at disposal of the pharmaceutical industry. Inge SpA is well known in Italy and in the foreign countries as one of the main suppliers of primary plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical, veterinary, cosmetic, nutraceutical, diagnostic and household products. It has been certified according to Uni e Iso9001:2008 since 1996 and it is owner of several international patents. Inge spa manufactures internally in the plant of garbagnate Milanese (MI) a complete and very wide range of PE spray and nebulizer bottles for nasal, throat and dermal applications; they are illustrated in an organic way thanks to a handy brochure with strong visual impact, that can be easily consulted.
This range is divided in two lines of products : those with screw neck and those with snap-on neck, both of them available in different shapes and various capacities: 10 ml, 15 ml, 20 ml, 30 ml and 50 ml for screw neck bottles, whereas snap-on neck bottles have capacities of 10 ml, 15 ml, 30 ml and 50 ml. The bottles from both lines can be used in absolute safety with any type of pump distribution system available on the market. Moreover, the bottles belonging to the line with the nasal nebulizer, available with capacity 15 ml and 30 ml, are equipped with tamper evident cap. As any of the other primary packaging manufactured by the company, also this range of products can be customized according to any specific color request from the customer, in the silk screening printing department that works inside its own production site.
The company
Inge has been producing since 1947 packaging systems in plastic material for pharmaceutical, veterinary, cosmetic,tricologic, diagnostic, nutraceutical and home products industry. It is certified UNI and ISO 9001:2008, with CE Mark.
Inge is owner of more than 250 international patents and, with his Internal R&D division, it studies and projects new products, customized to the customer needs.
In the plant of Garbagnate Milanese Inge produces more than 400 millions pieces and manufactures the productionmoulds internally.
Inge has the following technologies and lines: injection molding, blow molding and injection-stretch-blow molding, extrusion blow molding, screen printing, blister lines and flow pack and assembly machines.
